Where we deliver
We deliver free within about 45 minutes of the bakery, which covers most of South Wales. Further out a mileage fee may apply — we will always confirm it in writing before you commit to anything.

- What time do you deliver?
- Morning, so they arrive while they are still worth eating. We agree a window with you when we confirm the order.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Yes, and it depends on how far we are travelling. Tell us your postcode and headcount when you enquire and we will give you a straight answer.
- Can we set up a regular delivery?
- Plenty of our accounts run a standing Friday order. Once you are set up we invoice rather than taking payment each time.
- Can you cater for allergies, vegan or gluten-free?
- We do not offer vegan or gluten-free doughnuts. Every doughnut we make contains wheat, milk and egg. Beyond those it depends on the flavour and on what else we are handling in the kitchen that day, so we cannot promise any doughnut is free from a given allergen. Tell us what you need to avoid when you enquire and we will go through the specific flavours with you.
