Where we deliver
We deliver free within about 45 minutes of the bakery, which covers most of South Wales. Further out a mileage fee may apply — we will always confirm it in writing before you commit to anything.
Questions we get
- How does the logo actually go on?
- It is printed edible and set on the glaze. Send us the highest resolution version you have, ideally with a transparent background.
- How much notice do you need?
- About two weeks. The print has to be made up before we can glaze, so this is the one thing we cannot rush.
- Will it look like our brand colours?
- Close, but glaze is not paper. Bold, high-contrast logos reproduce well. Fine gradients and very pale colours do not. We will tell you honestly how yours will land before you commit.
- Can we get them delivered to an exhibition stand?
- Yes, and we do this often. Tell us the venue, the stand number and what time you need them and we will work back from that.
