- How is travel charged?
- We deliver free within about 45 minutes of the bakery, which covers most of South Wales. Further out a mileage fee may apply — we will always confirm it in writing before you commit to anything.
- What if we are outside the areas listed?
- Ask anyway. The list is where we go regularly, not a fence. If we can get there and back with the doughnuts still worth eating, we will quote for it.
- Do you have a minimum order further away?
- Yes. The further we travel the higher the minimum, because a van going two hours for a small box does not work for either of us. We will always tell you the minimum before you commit.
- Can we collect instead?
- On announced collection days, yes. The bakery is a production unit rather than a shop, so it opens for collections rather than for walk-ins.
